Before You Apply

Please ensure you have the following documents prepared

• The applicant's most recent academic records or transcripts from the last two years are scanned in PDF or JPG format.

• A scanned copy of the ID page with a photo from the applicant's valid passport, in PDF or JPG format.

• A recent photograph of the applicant in JPG or PNG format.

• The applicant's updated immunization records are scanned in PDF or JPG format.

• Any additional supporting documents that may aid the review process, scanned in PDF or JPG format.

Application Instructions and Procedures for Our Regular School Program

• Complete the application form and pay the CAD 300 non-refundable application fee via cheque, cash, or credit card

• You may be contacted for an interview as part of the review process

• If accepted, you will receive a Pre-Admission Letter

• Follow the instructions in the Pre-Admission Letter to pay the tuition fees

• Upon receipt of tuition fees, a Welcome Package will be sent to you. This package includes the official Letter of Acceptance, a receipt for your payment, and other relevant documents

• International students should apply for a student visa through the nearest Canadian Consulate and inform the school once the visa is approved

• Book your flight ticket and inform the school of your arrival date and time. The school can help coordinate airport pickup and accommodations if requested

• Ensure you bring all necessary original documents to support your identity and student visa

• Assessment tests may be conducted at the school before the start of the program, if required
